Community Design Terms
PourToi Community Design Program — Terms & Conditions

By submitting a design to PourToi Jewelry through the Community Design Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting.
1. Eligibility
The Community Design Program is open to anyone aged 18 or older worldwide. No professional design experience is required.
2. Submission
You may submit jewelry design concepts in any format — hand-drawn sketches, AI-generated images, 3D models, CAD files, or written descriptions. By submitting, you confirm that:
- The design is your own original work
- It does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights
- You have the right to grant PourToi the license described in these terms
3. License & Production Rights
By submitting a design, you grant PourToi Jewelry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, manufacture, and sell products based on your submitted design. PourToi reserves the right to adapt your design for production purposes, including modifications for manufacturing feasibility, brand consistency, and market fit.
4. Revenue Share
If PourToi selects your design for production and sale, you will receive 10% of net profits generated from sales of that product. Net profits are defined as gross revenue minus production costs, shipping costs, platform fees, and applicable taxes.
Revenue share payments will be made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer once cumulative earnings exceed $50 USD. PourToi will provide monthly sales reports for selected designs.
5. Designer Credit
Selected designers will be credited on the product page on pourtoijewelrys.com as the designer of that piece. PourToi may also feature your name and story on social media with your prior consent.
6. Selection Process
PourToi does not guarantee that any submitted design will be selected for production. All submissions are reviewed at PourToi's sole discretion. We aim to respond to selected designers within 14 days of submission. Designs not selected will not receive individual feedback.
7. Ownership
You retain ownership of your original design concept. However, PourToi retains full ownership of any manufactured product, including modifications made during production. The revenue share described in Section 4 represents your full compensation under this program.
8. Confidentiality
PourToi treats all submissions with confidentiality and will not share your design with third parties without your consent, except as required for production purposes.
9. No Employment Relationship
Participation in the Community Design Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and PourToi Jewelry.
10. Modifications
PourToi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
